2. LEADER
This flyer demonstrates my commitment to serving students who are linguistically diverse--this event is in celebration of a program kick-off (Coders-in-Residence) that will put 7 female computer scientists into 4th and 5th grade classrooms at schools with a high percentage of students on free and reduced lunches. These schools may have technology in them, but they may not have teachers who know how to use technology in a pedagogically sound way, or so that student learning outcomes are positively impacted.
